To secure your reservation, a payment of 50% of the rental fee is required along with a security deposit. The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be paid 30 days before the event. A standard security deposit of $300 applies to all events, $150 is kept for cleaning.

- Aggie Football season , December, April and May prices will vary. We will work with anyone to customize their party and pricing.
- Set up and take down included in hourly rental
- Client must acquire event insurance prior to event date
- Security required for all events serving alcohol
- Open vendor policy BUT vendors must be pre-approved by Red5
