Rates
To secure your reservation, a payment of 50% of the rental fee is required along with a security deposit. The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be paid 30 days before the event. A standard security deposit of $300 applies to all events, $150 is kept for cleaning.
Monday-Thursday
Day Rental: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
3-Hour Minimum $400
Evening Rental: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3-Hour Minimum $600
*$100 per additional hour
Friday-Sunday
4-Hour Minimum $800
*150 per additional hour

- Set up and take down included in hourly rental
- Client must acquire event insurance prior to event date
- Security required for all events serving alcohol
- Open vendor policy BUT vendors must be pre-approved by Red5
